- 與產品開發和品管團隊合作,確保產品和品質隨著時間的改變而改進。
- 維護生產和保固數據,以提供快速準確的服務訊息。
Tern Bicycles is looking for a clever, skilled problem solver and a good listener to join our customer service team. At Tern, we’re working to build a sustainable future based on a core belief that the bicycle is central to that vision. As a Service Specialist, you will help customers around the world.
- Cultivate an understanding of the different service needs of riders and customers from cultures all over the world.
- Develop solutions that focus on the immediate need while balancing the big picture/long term needs of the rider, dealer, and brand.
- You will be responsible for internal communications to achieve the fastest, best service outcomes for our customers.
- You will communicate with distributors around the world to support them in providing the best service to their dealers and Tern riders in their markets.
- Processing Production Data from factories.
- Maintaining warranty registration database.
- Updating parts listing on online e-commerce platform.
